am finally understanding why chopin's considered a great composer, although i still dislike him muchly. he's seriously annoying - WHO needs a woman to take care of him?! his harmonics are entirely too rich. and rubato's just. slack. but nevermind, the nocturne my teacher gave me to play for the exam's quite kool. :)

my beloved group: BLUE! heh we're e youngest group & im sorry if i've failed as a group leader in anyway like losing my temper sometimes & being random, but yes. you guys rocked the camp experience for me kay!

so we did stuff like rope challenges, flying fox (zipline), and amazing race! a lot of fun but unfortunately i have no sense of direction. & my first experience at vivo was a 10 minute one where we went to GAP to take pictures of the ugliest women's clothes available. laughs.

worship was great, i think for a lot of people God really touched them during the rock concert form of worship during the campfire! was really moving to see so many people being passionate and jumping for Him. & i still can't believe peter and simon are brothers.

hahaha 2nd night was Bible re-enactment! some groups came up w/ e most spastic things ever. like andre being noah, shandy being eve, reuben being adam, peter being joshua, terence & ben au-yeung being Jesus, gabriel being a tree, etc. was darn amusing larh! especially e re-enactment of Zacchaeus, the short tax collector who climbed up a tree to see Jesus, the one whom everyone hated but Jesus loved. " Forgiveness of our sins - priceless. For everything else, there's mastercard. " hahahah was laughing like heck. :)

above here is ezra acting as daniel! Daniel 6:3 " Now Daniel so distinguished himself among the administrators and the satraps with his exceptional qualities ... " so basically ezra was daniel & his 'exceptional quality' was extreme nerdiness, ie, look @ e height his pants are pulled up to.

OOBLEK! basically this substance made of corn flour mixed in water. quite interesting actually, had to facilitate a discussion about what analogies we can think of to relate the ooblek & life. the 'main' one we started on was that the hand = problems, water = us, corn flour = God. when hand hits water, (problems hit us), the water will splash out and everywhere, which also means we break apart and give up. however, if we're in God and God is in us (corn flour mixed with water), the white substance formed doesn't splash out at all. it stays as one. :)

the sunrises were absolutely gorgeous! as was the night sky, some people could even identify a whole lot of constellations. the beauty of nature and life is enough to make people understand that the Earth doesn't just revolve around the Sun because it feels like it. somewhere, there's a more powerful person who is capable of creating these things, & i felt it really keenly that morning i was standing there watching the rising of ze sun.

then went for group outing after camp! went to cine & watched a movie, ate, took neoprints (haven't taken since goodness knows when!), & walked around + watching ezra play para-para. he is TEH PROZ @ it. seriously. so here are a couple of the neops we took :) basically e people who went are irving, elijah, hazel, ezra, gabriel, danielle, joyce, me, kaiwen. shuin jian & erwin went as well but they refused to take neops! oh well, twas loads of fun.

the first one's of my back, yes. twas this machine which randomly takes from different cameras & we weren't prepared for it! hahaha oh well. we all signed on it. & oh ezra was decked out in his blazer, gabriel in his magician's coat.

to put it simply, i love BBPC YF & all ze youths! :) truly, thank God for bonding us so much during the camp, the smooth running of everything, touching the hearts of almost everyone. even the weather - it never rained for more than half an hour, & even if it did rain it was only light drizzle, & once we prayed, it went away! God rocks all. i guess i really understood what reuben meant by " ... whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours ... " (Mark 11:24) throughout the camp. He truly provides!
